YouthAid brings together thousands of young people to Montego Bay from across the length and breadth of Jamaica and indeed the world. International ministers like Kirk Franklin, Papa San, Sherwin Gardner plus many others have graced our stage as we hit our youths anointed music then challenge them with the Word of God.
Many have come to know Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord through this ‘Youth Crusade’ disguised as a Concert. Oh I almost forgot…ITS FREE!!!
Many are also filtered into Skills Training and other learning institutions.
Generation X majors on music, the use of media and images, congregational involvement, informality, and the use of different styles and formats of service. They minor on the sermon, tradition, structure and order. They desire teaching that they can relate to and is relevant to their lives. In short, young adults are looking for worship that is real for them, enthusiastically led, relationally based, and varied.
