Our Ministry
Founded in 1997, Acts of the Holy Spirit Ministries International, formerly Sold Out Ministries International, started as an outreach ministry with the mandate of reaching, rescuing and mentoring the rejected, abandoned, neglected in the streets, schools, communities and prisons. No one is exempt as we minister God’s love to the rich, middle class and in-between. The turnaround in the lives of young men and women in the prisons and inner-city communities, schools and colleges, has been worth the tremendous personal sacrifices made by us and our children Stephen and Tiffany Blake.
The Acts of the Holy Spirit have been hosting a street church in Montego Bay since 2006. The outreach program also includes visits to the hospitals and weekly visits to the prisons in the Montego Bay area. The Ministry provides an avenue for rehabilitation of persons who face extreme challenges, many of whom, have sought assistance with fighting their drug addiction and stabilizing their lives after difficulties and hardships.
In 2009, Acts of the Holy Spirit started a church and in 2011 established its first home at 8 King Street in Montego Bay, St James. After 14 years of ministering in the streets, the Lord has given us a sanctuary to which we can funnel those whose lives have been changed by our outreach ministries. In 2013, Acts of the Holy Spirit established its second home in Mandeville.

Acts Kingston launched out in November 2017 with an International Womens’
Conference held at the Emancipation Park in Kingston Jamaica. Planting the
church in Kingston has had its fair share of “hiccups” starting in the capital city.
God directed us to work in the Grants Pen area working primarily with the
children of that community in March 2018. Molding young lives ages ranging from
two to 16 yrs although rigorous leaves us feeling we have a hand in molding our
future generation. This brings with it an intrinsic reward.
Restrictions due to the 2020 Pandemic have impeded regular church services so
we are limited to having “Church” on line. This has however resulted in more
people being reached in the long run.
A Prayer School on line is in the pipeline to add to the Evangelistic Outreach
program schedule.
New Moves
Rev Paul Blake Co-Founder of the Ministry is no longer associated with Acts. He
has since moved on to start his own personal Ministry. We wish him Gods speed
in his future endeavours.

Quietly making a difference
Blake’s outreach programmes take her into the hospitals, the prisons, the AIDS hospice and some of the most volatile communities.
